1 General Terms and Applicability

These rules and terms ("Terms") govern the use of the bdjili platform and all its associated services. By registering on bdjili or using any service, you agree fully to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and cover all gaming, betting, and financial transaction services provided through the bdjili platform. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bdjili, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must not already have an active bdjili account.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at the time of registration. If any information changes, please notify our support team immediately.

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdjili reserves the right to verify the identity of users in order to provide secure services. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. bdjili reserves the right to close accounts that provide false information.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing or transferring your login credentials to others is prohibited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the bdjili platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 by any method.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must come entirely from legitimate sources.
• Depositing using a third-party payment method is prohibited.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Withdrawals

Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is underway.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bdjili platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Examples of bonus eligibility:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200.
• ৳34,000 deposit → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• A specific time limit may apply for using a bonus.
• Another bonus cannot be added while one is active (unless otherwise stated).
• bdjili reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus benefits are misused, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The bdjili VIP program has 5 levels. The weekly cashback benefit at each level is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement in VIP levels depends on regular and active participation on the platform. The criteria for reaching higher levels may change over time.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdjili is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. Our games are operated by reliable software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules that should be read before playing.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If the connection is lost, the game result will be saved on the server.

• Colluding with other users to determine game outcomes ("collusion").
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or misleading other users.
• Providing false or misleading information.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by bdjili

bdjili reserves the right to immediately close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• If the user fails to cooperate with the verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (with prior notice).
• Due to legal obligations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been met at the time of account closure will be cancelled. Any valid balance can be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 months or more, bdjili reserves the right to close the account and manage the remaining balance after providing notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdjili places responsible gaming at the highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

9.1 Self-Limit Setting

Users can set the following limits themselves:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
